The Miniature Schnauzer's size, up to 14 inches at the shoulder for either sex, is well-suited to any home, city or country. Its non-shedding coat makes this the perfect choice for people who suffer from allergies. The coat may be solid black, or black and gray with silver-white furnishings. The breed needs combing about three times a week to keep the beard and leg furnishings tangle-free, and professional grooming attention to maintain that Schnauzer look.
